I have been made aware of an issue with people with Microsoft based (Hotmail/Live/MSN/Outlook) email addresses not receiving emails from the Forum. Apparently, they are over-eager with the Blacklisting of emails, and that is why you are not receiving any. I have contacted my web/email hosting provider, and they have filed a request with Microsoft to remove the blacklist. Hopefully this will be resolved in a day or two.
